Infiniti Training

In 2015 we partnered with Intelledox to deliver certification courses for their flagship product, the web form development tool Infiniti. This three-day course gives the attendees the skills to use this tool for development of complex web forms for their organization. Our success in the delivery of these courses combined with the introduction of Infiniti as a Software-As-A-Service (SAAS) product has led to the request for development of a suite of eLearning to support the product. We are currently developing a Basic and Advanced package of short (3-8 minutes) modules that address a particular action or feature of the product. Our instructional approach will allow the learner to select only those modules they need at any point in time and, within a short time frame, develop or refresh their knowledge of the required skills to successfully produce the results they need.

Our trainers have delivered 14 training courses throughout Australia with 97% of candidates achieving the certification to date. Feedback from participants, executives and Intelledox has been overwhelmingly positive and reinforces our reputation for delivering high-quality learning solutions. Testing of the prototypes of the eLearning modules has been highly successful and production of both eLearning packages is now under way. Based on the instructional design and the prototypes a number of Intelledox’ clients have already expressed their interest in the eLearning suite and product delivery is currently scheduled to begin in February 2016. As the training partner for Intelledox, we have given the company access to training capabilities they could not offer before. The responses from both Intelledox and their clients show that our involvement has been of great benefit and value.
